Prix-Fixe-Meetings Promotion offers organizations an innovative way to reduce meeting costs over the next six months.
Concierge Conference Centers is pleased to announce its PRIX-FIXE-MEETINGS PROMOTION. The 6-month promotion (October 1, 2009 to March 31, 2010) offers participating groups the opportunity for unlimited meetings for one fixed price. The Prix-Fixe-Meetings pricing is based on the number of seats purchased ranging from ten (10) to fifty (50) seat blocks.
An organization with a 20-seat block, for example, can schedule unlimited meetings (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) for a fixed price of $22,000. The Prix-Fixe-Meetings Meeting Package includes one (1) conference room, continuous Coffee/Teas, and standard audio visuals. These promotional rates are NOT applicable to existing bookings.

We will work with you to verify that Prix Fixe is suited to meet the needs of your organization. At no cost, we will review your existing and forecasted meeting demand to gain an understanding of your meeting and event venue needs over the next 6 months. We’ll also provide a survey tool for you to canvas upcoming needs for internal colleagues' meetings and events.
Same-time, same-place meetings at Concierge Conference Center also offers low-cost tools to link remote participants who only require a short time interaction with the convened groups. This tool reduces time and travel expenses for the remote participants.

How to Buy Prix-Fixe-Meetings
In today's recovering economy, organizations seek ways to compete at new levels without draining their bank accounts. While a fully pre-paid package offers the highest cost savings, we also offer Prix-Fixe-Meetings Monthly Payment Plan — designed to take away the ―full payment up front‖. This program makes it easy to extend business meeting and training venue costs over the 6-month program. First and last month payments are due at start-up; additional payments due in advance of each upcoming month. Monthly plan payments are:

Concierge Conference Center is conveniently located in Manhattan at 780 Third Avenue (between 48th/49th). The Center offers a wide array of conference, meeting and event spaces including a 175-seat auditorium and meeting rooms to accommodate groups of 12-200 participants.

Terms & Conditions: Prix-Fixe-Meetings Program
1. Full amount of selected package plan is payable in advance. Monthly payment plan for selected package is available.
2. Limited Prix-Fixe-Meetings Packages available.
3. Offer is not valid on previously booked business.
4. Meeting requests are scheduled based on availability. Alternate dates/times will be offered if any conflicts.
5. One (1) main meeting room is included. Additional space is available at a discount to Prix-Fixe-Meetings groups.
6. Standard audio visuals (LCD Projector, Flip Chart, House Audio/Sound) are included. Additional audio visual equipment and technical support are available at a discount to Prix-Fixe-Meetings groups.
7. Meetings may be scheduled Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 1 PM. Weekends and holidays are not included in the Prix-Fixe-Meetings plan. Building overtime charges will apply for meetings starting before 8 AM and/or ending after 6 PM, and on weekends/holidays.
8. Continuous coffee/tea breaks are included in the Prix-Fixe-Meetings program. Additional food and beverage services are available at a discount to Prix-Fixe-Meetings groups
9. Additional participants that exceed the base Seat Package are allowed at $100/day/person (with same inclusions above).
10. Cancellation provisions apply to cancelled meetings unless the Concierge Center is notified in writing no less than 10 business days from the scheduled start date.
