Concierge producers provide speedy content conversion using powerful templates that include navigation elements, chapter indexes, and sub-chapter indexes. Simply provide a PowerPoint presentation of your meeting or training material – Concierge producers will review ‘authoring’ options with you and take care of the rest.
Meeting content created by the Concierge Producers are developed in HTML and JavaScript – standard languages that work on any network – so they download quickly and easily, run on any web server, and can be accessed with any web browser.
Web hosting is an optional service and offers a safe, secure storage. Concierge Content’s design of meeting and training modules also avoid use of plug-ins that often creates firewall problems in a corporate environment. Concierge Content solutions resolve this issue by eliminating plug-ins.
How It Works
Content Concierge solutions run on any Windows-based system, can reside on any web server, and accessed by any web browser. The meeting/training subject matter coordinator provides the core material in a PowerPoint format that is converted by Producers into easy-to-navigate content pages, links, and graphics (JPEG, GIF, streaming media and Java applets). Optional support tools (when content is provided in PowerPoint deck) include:
• Tests, surveys and quizzes
• FAQ’s (frequently-asked-questions) • Glossaries
• Links to outside Web pages
• Interactive exercises.
Any graphic or digital assets (e.g.: audio, video, images, graphs, charts) that are viewable on the web or any PowerPoint slides can be integrated. Concierge Content solutions can be generated according to industry standards (SCORM, AICC) for tracking progress and testing, and they can be imported into any learning system that follows industry standards.
Content creators work in the language they understand -- English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Danish, or Italian - and Content Concierge automatically creates the HTML code or JavaScript required.

• "Author Guide" is provided so PowerPoint slides are conversion-ready
Level 2: Producers organize and develop content, graphics, and tests
• Scope of Services:
o Needs analysis - identify meeting or training session objectives
o Course content - identify suitable materials; create instructional sound course
o Design - creating appropriate graphics, exercises, and simulations
o Integration - integrate appropriate graphics, audio, exercises, and assessments
